CIA Agents Confirm Obama Told Them Not To Aid Ambassador Chris Stevens

Was Obama finished with our Ambassador to Libya where the Arms Trading was concerned???? Did he believe Chris Stevens was going to go public with what he knew about this administrations illegal trading of weapons to the enemy??? Was this like the dreadful murderous colladeral damage of ‘Fast and Furious’ ???

The Turkish leader left the meeting he was having with our Ambassador 1 hour before the attack without being touched, while the building was being watched by the attackers, according to the reports coming from onsite officials at the time, to the white house and to the internet.

Hillary Clinton said the buck stopped with her, taking the fall after the lies were being outted and blame had to be placed.

I said it on the day this took place, and I will say it again. This is a false flag. It had nothing to do with a 13 minute Youtube video. But for the public to know who the terrorist was who did it, would point the finger at the person who sold the terrorist the weapons to do it with!!! And that would be inconvenient just now. As he is trying to win a presidential election!

Air Force Academy Cancels July 4th Celebration

Comments Off

This blaming everything on the Sequester is getting old, plus it is obvious to most it is a outright lie and instead a purposeful attempt to do things that will hurt the public and catch their attention. And of course blame on the Republicans, which isn’t the truth.

The U.S. Air Force Academy has cancelled its annual July 4th celebration and military officials are blaming it on the sequestration.

“Faced with so many uncertainties about the future budget, we have to look at ways to save money,” said Lt. Col. John Bryan, Director of Public Affairs at the Academy.  ”But for now, we’ve had to cut back on many things we normally would support.”

The community-wide celebration is traditionally held at Falcon Stadium – with barbecues, patriotic music and a fireworks display.

The Air Force Academy spokesman said they hope to celebration the nation’s birthday in 2014.

The Air Force had already canceled the Tunderbirds’ season and halted their traditional flyover during graduation. They also canceled support for air shows, F-22 Raptor demonstration flights, and trade shows.

There have been accusations that the Obama administration is encouraging government entities to make the sequester budgets cuts as painful as possible for the general public.

There was widespread criticism after they shuttered the White House to public tours – disappointing thousands of school children who planned to visit what First Lady Michelle Obama once called “the People’s House.”

A U.S. park ranger told Fox News that the administration overruled plans within the National Park Service to minimize the impact of the sequester.

“Apparently, they want the public to feel the pain,” the ranger said.

The National Park Service is among many federal agencies warning of a major impact from the sequester cuts, which took effect last Friday. The agency has warned of delayed access to portions of Yellowstone and Yosemite national parks, closed campgrounds at Great Smoky Mountains National Park, reduced hours at the Grand Canyon visitor center and other ramifications.

The Obama administration says these cuts must be made in order to make the $85 billion in cuts from Congress’ failure to avert the sequester. At the NPS, the agency was dealing with an across-the-board 5 percent cut. (If our readers really believe this, Steve and I have some bottom land we’d like to sell you at a great price!, lol….this is just one more example of what kind of people we’re dealing with)

New documents reveal Obama administration ‘cooking the books’ to achieve record deportation numbers

Comments Off

Internal documents obtained by the House Judiciary Committee show that the Obama administration has been “cooking the books” in order to reach their “record” number of deported illegal immigrants, chairman Rep. said Friday.

Based on the internal U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) documents, the number of removals are actually down, the opposite of what the administration has been claiming.

According to the committee’s review, in 2011 officials at the Department of Homeland Security began including the number of individuals removed through the Alien Transfer Exit Program (ATEP) in its annual removal numbers. ATEP is a program which moves apprehended illegal immigrants to another point along the border.

The committee chair claims that counting those individuals as removals is misleading because there are no repercussions for illegal immigrants who are deported through the program, and they can simply try to re-enter.

“It is dishonest to count illegal immigrants apprehended by the Border Patrol along the border as ICE removals,” Smith explained in a statement. “And these ‘removals’ from the Border Patrol program do not subject the illegal immigrant to any penalties or bars for returning to the U.S. This means a single illegal immigrant can show up at the border and be removed numerous times in a single year — and counted each time as a removal.”

Given the new information, the committee’s Republican majority subtracted the ATEP removals from ICE’s deportation totals.

With the ATEP subtraction, in 2011 the estimated 397,000 deportations become approximately 360,000, and the 2012 removals to date drop from about 334,000 to an estimated 263,000, according to the committee estimates. Projections for number of people to be deported by end of the year drops from 400,000 to 315,000 removals.

The new estimates mean that this year the Obama administration’s deportation record is 14 percent below 2008 (which was 369,000) and 19 percent below 2009 (which was 389,000).

Bloomberg Soda Size Limits Barred by Judge

Comments Off

New York City’s ban on large-size soda drinks won’t take effect Tuesday after a state judge blocked the plan following a challenge from industry groups, including the American Beverage Association.

The city’s Board of Health in September approved Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s plan to limit the size of sugary soft drinks sold in restaurants, movie theaters, stadiums and arenas to no more than 16 ounces (473 milliliters) a cup. In October, groups representing beverage makers, restaurants, and theaters filed a petition in state court, seeking to block the measure. They called the ban “unprecedented interference” with consumer choice.

New York Supreme Court Justice Milton Tingling in Manhattan approved the group’s request, issuing a permanent injunction preventing the city from implementing the plan. The city said it will appeal the ruling, which also held the law violated the separation of powers, as the city council, and not the executive, should adapt such laws.

“The loopholes in this rule effectively defeat the stated purpose,” Tingling wrote. “It is arbitrary and capricious because it applies to some but not all food establishments in the city, it excludes other beverages that have significantly higher concentrations of sugar sweeteners and/or calories on specific grounds and the loopholes inherent in the rule, including but not limited to no limitations on refills, defeat and/or serve to gut the purpose of the rule.”

Overreaching, Ignored

The groups said the decision by the board of health to approve the ban was overreaching and ignored the rights of New Yorkers to make their own choices. The plan is “grossly unfair” to small businesses such as hot dog vendors and pizzerias because convenience and grocery stores can still sell the larger sizes, lawyers for the groups told Tingling.

The city has argued that it’s trying to stem an epidemic of obesity driven by consumption of sugary beverages, which is rising because food establishments sell ever-larger portions. Under the city’s rule, people could still buy as many of the smaller drinks as they want and get refills.

“We are confident the Board of Health’s decision will ultimately be upheld,” Michael A. Cardozo, corporation counsel of New York City’s Law Department, said in a statement. “The Board of Health has the legal authority — and the responsibility — to tackle” the leading causes of a “growing obesity epidemic.” The mayor is the majority owner of Bloomberg LP, the parent of Bloomberg News.

California Democrats Propose New Rules on Gun Registration and Confiscation of “Assault Weapons”

Comments Off

Reading the comments on this page, many Californians won’t stand for this and won’t turn in or register their guns. We are truly living in insane times in America.

California Democrats are proposing massive gun control push that would require all guns to be registered and confiscation of all 166,000 registered assault weapons in the state. The Democrats also are pushing for permits to buy ammunition.
CBS Local reported:

Mercury News reported:

All semi-automatic rifles with detachable magazines would be banned, all guns would be registered and no ammunition could be bought without a special permit in California under a sweeping list of bills rolled out Thursday by state Senate Democrats.

The 10-bill package constitutes the single largest gun control push in decades in the Golden State, which already boasts some of the nation’s strictest gun laws. It joins equally controversial proposals from Assembly Democrats that would regulate and tax ammunition sales and consider taking the state’s 166,000 registered assault weapons from their owners.

The bills have a good chance of passing through as only a majority approval is needed and the Democrats control the House and the Senate.

As I said in another post, anyone who cannot see that democrats are blatantly evil and care for nothing except gaining totalitarian control over the masses…does not deserve to be free.

I do not consider any democrat an American anymore. They do not support the US Constitution, but misuse it to justify their shredding of it on the altar of “progressivism”. These Califonia Democrats are clearly in violation of the 2nd Amendment with this described law. They do not care. They want us all in chains.

Any vote for a democrat or for any RINO is treason against the Constitution. You cannot see it any other way when you have all this evidence as to the democrats ultimate political goals.

They have enough money to take our guns but not enough to refuel our carriers.

15-Year-Old Chicago Girl Shot And Killed That Performed at Obama Inauguration

Deadliest January In Chicago In More Than 10 Years (42)

A teenage girl–an honor student who had just performed at President Obama’s inaugural–was gunned down Tuesday afternoon in the Kenwood neighborhood, just blocks from the high school she attended.

CBS 2’s Mike Parker reports the victim, 15-year-old Hadiya Pendleton, was taking shelter from the rain with a group of 10 to 12 teenagers under a canopy in Vivian Gordon Harsh Park on the 4500 block of South Oakenwald Avenue around 2:30 p.m., when someone jumped a fence, ran up to them, and opened fire.

Just days before, Hadiya performed with her high school band at President Obama’s inauguration.

The park is near King College Prep High School — where Pendleton was an honor student, volleyball player, and majorette.

Reagan’s home could become a parking lot for Obama’s library

Comments Off

CHICAGO, Illinois, January 25, 2013 – A new Cold War is brewing here in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood and it has nothing to do with the frigid temperature.

The apartment building at 832 E. 57th Street was once the Chicago home of a boy who would become a President.

No, it’s not Barack Obama of Hawaii. It was at the apartment’s first floor window that a young Ronald Reagan looked out upon the world.

But some powerful Chicagoans are planning to demolish Reagan’s historic home. Is it politically motivated? Is Mayor Rahm Emanuel behind the move?

Reagan as a child.

It was a different world back in 1915. Reagan’s family had moved here from Tampico, Illinois. His father had gotten a job at the famed Marshall Field’s – now only a memory. A coin-operated gas lamp was the only home’s only source of heat.

But it didn’t stop a young “Dutch” Reagan from dreaming.

Young Reagan would watch the horse-drawn fire engines galloping wildly down the streets to save the day and he decided that he, too, would become a firefighter. It was here, too, that he survived a bout with pneumonia – he had the fight in him even then.

You can almost imagine him skipping down these streets, playing with his brother Neil,  whose nickname was “Moon.”

What makes a man great? And what makes a great president? Historians pen large tomes about that. Every man is the sum of his experiences – his loves, his losses, his achievements, and failures. How he sees the world and how the world sees him.

And this place – this place was a part of Reagan’s formative years – what he discovered and experienced here in Chicago helped him on the way to greatness.

Now, the University of Chicago Medical Center has announced plans to turn Reagan’s Chicago home into a parking lot.

Obama on Illegals: ‘Yes, They Broke the Rules … But These 11 Million Men and Women Are Now Here

What a brillant statement…..”but they are here now” ….never mind they are here “illegally” and have broke the law. Amazing…..Obama sees them as “undocumented Democrats” and he wants them to be able to stay.

President Obama delivered a speech today on immigration reform and conceded that while some immigrants had broken the rules by crossing the border illegally; they are here now and are contributing members of the community.

So Obama decide which laws it is ok to break and which ones to ignore. So tell me what is the difference between him and any dictator? he is now telling Congress that they must act quickly or he will. Why the rush? Before people have had a chance for the emotions to subside and logical thought to take over. If you notice Obama likes to operate as though every thing was an immediate crisis. That is how bills get passed that would otherwise not stand a chance not even with Dems.

@oldoldtimer He is not interested in a bipartisan bill, so he’s planning to rush his bill down the throats of the American people. Then, he’ll turn around and accuse Republicans of not cooperating.

Some immigrants?  In the first place, they aren’t immigrants, they’re illegal aliens.  In the second place, it’s the duty of the President, through ICE, to ship them back across the border.

Let me get this straight. If 11 people break into my home or just enter without permission, sure they have broken the law, oh excuse me I mean, the rules. then they are already inn so I mustn’t worry about the law, oops, rules. I should adopt them and support them. Are you kidding me. If we are a nation of laws then enforce the laws we have. If not then throw it all away and enforce none. Our whole system is broken and needs an injection of the Constitution.

ret_top_sgt

No, Mr. President, they didn’t “break the rules”…they broke the law but then upholding the laws of this country doesn’t seem to have a real high priority with you or your administration, does it?

Army drill scares residents on Houston’s south side

Comments Off

The sight of Army helicopters and the sound of gunfire created a lot of concern Monday afternoon in one Houston neighborhood.

We received a lot of phones calls, Tweets and Facebook posts from worried neighbors, wondering what was going on.

SkyEye 13 HD was over the south side where at first look, it appeared there was a massive SWAT scene happening.

With military helicopters flying above her southeast Houston neighborhood, Frances Jerrals didn’t know what to think.

“When you see this, you think the worst. When you hear this, you think the worst,” Jerrals said.

And so, she passed along her concern.

“She told me ‘don’t come home it sounds like we’re in a war zone. Guns, shooting, helicopters flying around the house,’” Isaac Robertson Jr. said.

The U.S. Army along with other agencies took over the old Carnegie Vanguard High School near Scott and Airport. There were armed men in fatigues, plenty of weapons and what many thought were real live rounds

“I felt like I was in a warzone.” Jerrals said. “It was nonstop. I was terrified.”

Turns out, it was a multi-agency training drill that Jerrals wished would have come with warning.

“They could have done a better job in notifying the neighborhood,” Jerrals said.

The Army did not give any details of what the training is for. Some people we spoke to needed no explanation.

“If it’s to protect our kids, I’m all for it,” neighbor Glenn DeWitt said. (That’s right just forget about the Posse Comitatus Act that prohibits military from doing law enforcement in the States)

U.S. approves sale of A123 to Chinese firm

Comments Off

The Obama administration approved the sale of most of bankrupt battery maker A123 Systems’ assets to Chinese firm Wanxiang Group Corp.

The company’s U.S. subsidiary, Chicago-based Wanxiang America, said it has received approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. to complete its acquisition of substantially all of the non-government business assets of A123 Systems, Inc. The sale officially closed late Tuesday, the company said.

“We’re pleased the government has completed its review and provided us with the go-ahead to finalize this transaction,” said Pin Ni, president of Wanxiang America. “The future is bright for A123. It is a company with exceptional talent and potential, and Wanxiang America is committed to its long-term success and the continuance of its U.S. operations. Wanxiang America looks forward to closing the transaction and to continuing to foster the technologies A123 has worked so hard to develop.”

In December, Wanxiang won a bankruptcy court auction to acquire most of A123 for $256.6 million, including its grid and commercial business assets and its U.S. facilities in Michigan, Massachusetts and Missouri.

A123 had vowed to create 3,000 jobs by the end of 2012, but only has 1,300. It won $249.1 million in grants from the Obama administration in 2009 to build battery plants in Romulus and Livonia, but has only spent $132 million. It also received more than $125 million in tax credits and funding from the state of Michigan.

The Energy Department said it worked during A123′s bankruptcy to keep jobs in Michigan.

“The Energy Department’s Recovery Act grant to A123 was used for the construction of brick and mortar advanced battery manufacturing facilities at two Michigan locations,” said Energy Department spokesman Bill Gibbons. “Consistent with the intent of that investment, the purchase of these assets includes the Energy Department’s requirement that the plants and equipment partially paid for by the Recovery Act stay in Michigan and continue to operate, generating job opportunities for American workers and helping to establish a domestic manufacturing base for this growing global market.”

Navitas Systems, a Woodridge, Ill.-based company, has agreed to buy A123′s Ann Arbor-based government business, including all U.S. military contracts, for $2.25 million.

The committee, which is headed by the Treasury Department and includes other government agencies, makes no public announcement of decisions and releases no written findings.

“It doesn’t surprise me that they approved it,” said Josh Zive, a Washington lawyer who represents companies before the committee, noting that Wanxiang agreed not to buy the military and government contract assets.

President Barack Obama hailed A123 and even invited the company’s CEO to the Rose Garden in April 2010.
