U.S Attorney To Supress 1st Amend in Tennessee to Protect Muslims

Comments Off on U.S Attorney To Supress 1st Amend in Tennessee to Protect Muslims

Well here we go Tennesseans, Tn. and the FBI violatiing the 1st amendment rights of citizens, until they lose a lawsuit at least…..from the Tullahoma News

Special speakers for the event will be Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and Kenneth Moore, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Knoxville Division.

Sponsor of the event is the American Muslim Advisory Council of Tennessee — a 15-member board formed two years ago when the General Assembly was considering passing legislation that would restrict those who worship Sharia Law, which is followed by Muslims.

Killian and Moore will provide input on how civil rights can be violated by those who post inflammatory documents targeted at Muslims on social media.

“This is an educational effort with civil rights laws as they play into freedom of religion and exercising freedom of religion,” Killian told The News Monday. “This is also to inform the public what federal laws are in effect and what the consequences are.”

Killian said the presentation will also focus on Muslim culture and how, that although terrorist acts have been committed by some in the faith, they are no different from those in other religions.

From Daily Roll Call:

On June 4th in a small town called Manchester TN, U.S Atty for Eastern Tennessee Bill Killian and the Federal Bureau of Investigation will be holding a meeting to tell Tennesseeans their rights. Oops, not our rights, the Political Islamists rights.

Killian and the FBI want to let us know it is against the federal law to speak out against political islam.  But wait, this isn’t about a religion at all. This is clearly another government entity promoting the pro islamist sensibilities of the Obama administration. This is about free speech pure and simple.  The IRS has targeted conservative groups and individuals, now the Dept of Justice and law enforcement want to tell you it’s against the law to state facts. Facts offend political muslims. They may not like the facts, but it isn’t against the law…yet.

The OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) ( ( worked specifically Hillary Clinton) the United Nations, and this government have been creating a law called the Defamation of Religions Law, to make it illegal to tell the truth about political islam and sharia law. In the middle east and countries ruled by islam, its call Blasphemy. People are killed if they commit blasphemy by the way.

Why is the government  suppressing the right to speak out against political islam?

Why is a U.S Attorney and the lead Law Enforcement agency in this country addressing this issue in Tennessee, in a small town to boot?

Why is the Tullahoma News paper embracing this idea, don’t they know their business depends on free speech, havent they been seeing what the IRS is doing to journalists?

How dare this U.S attorney and the agent from FBI tell us how to be ethical. How dare them to try to intimidate citizens of the United States by suggesting writing  blogs and media it’s a federal crime to tell the facts about political islam.

This is not about religion and “culture” this is political. First amendment rights once again being suppressed.

Workplace violence? Nashville Muslim woman accused of making terrorist threats toward co-workers

Comments Off on Workplace violence? Nashville Muslim woman accused of making terrorist threats toward co-workers

This type thing just reinforces the reasons for the trouble in getting their mosque built in Murfreesboro,Tn.  Many Muslims here in the US despite what the spokesman for the Islamic Center of Nashville said in the Tennessean about “condemning violence of all forms and condones peaceful coexistence and love for our neighbors..” want to take over the US because they see us as infidels.

Nashville is a dumping ground for the refugee resettlement program. Whole Muslim communities from Somalia are resettled there

“Nashville woman accused of making terrorist threats toward co-workers” The Tennessean,September 8, 2012

A Nashville woman was charged with attempted terrorism Friday after investigators said she threatened to hurt co-workers at the South Nashville Dell facility last weekend.

The trouble began when a CEVA Logistics employee said his co-worker Amal Ahmed Abdullahi, 29, of Zermatt Avenue, approached him during his shift last Saturday.

According to a release from Metro police, Abdullahi told the employee that “her people were dying for Allah every day; that she was ready to die for Allah; that this whole country will be Muslim soon; that this country is full of non-believers and that this place (her work place) is full of non-believers; that all unbelievers should die; that her life starts after death; that her life is not here, nobody pays attention to her and she should pick up a gun and shoot all these people.”

CEVA Logistics signed the arrest warrant as the prosecutor against Abdullahi, accusing her of intimidating/coercing a civilian population.

Metro police spokesman Don Aaron said Friday that he was not immediately aware of anyone previously being charged with attempted terrorism in Nashville.

“In the times in which we live, statements such as the ones alleged to have been made in this case are not ignored,” he said.

Metro police were notified of the incident on Thursday and brought Abdullahi in for questioning on Friday.

At first, she denied the conversation but later admitted to talking about a religious topic with her co-worker, police said. She is being held at the Metro Jail on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

David Raybin, a prominent Nashville defense attorney, said police acted correctly in the case, but he questioned the charge, which is listed as a class A felony on the affidavit against Abdullahi.

Shock over arrest

Still, news of the arrest was enough to send shock waves through Nashville’s Muslim community.

“We are very saddened to hear this, that one of our people acted this way,” said Amir Arain, spokesman for the Islamic Center of Nashville. “Islam condemns violence of all forms and condones peaceful coexistence and love for our neighbors..”

Tennessee mosque could open by Friday, board member says

Comments Off on Tennessee mosque could open by Friday, board member says

The Muslims have the same 1st amendment rights in the US as any other church to practice their religion, the problem is when they get their foot in your community door, they try to take over little at a time. Just look at Dearborn Michigan and the State of Michigan with the first Muslim representative sworn in on the Koran. Then look at the UK and what’s happening there.

Leaders of a Murfreesboro, Tennessee, mosque whose construction has been beset by controversy hope to hold their first prayer services in the new center on Friday, a board member said Tuesday.

The Islamic Center of Murfreesboro passed its final building inspection on Friday, board member Saleh Sbenaty said.

Sbenaty said paperwork still must be filed with Rutherford County officials to receive a temporary occupancy permit. He expected that to happen Tuesday afternoon.

The approval would allow the mosque to open before the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which ends August 18.

Opponents of the mosque filed a lawsuit in 2010 after planning commissioners approved a proposal to expand the facility. They argued the county had failed to follow public notice requirements leading up to the approval.

The mosque opponents argued the facility posed a “risk of terrorism generated by proselytizing for Islam and inciting the practices of Sharia law” and that planning commissioners violated their due process rights.

In May, a county judge overturned approvals for the plan, saying the county had violated state law by not providing proper notice.

In July, the U.S. Justice Department and the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro filed separate lawsuits, arguing that Rutherford County officials violated federal laws when they denied requests for a final inspection and certificate of occupancy for the mosque.

The center’s lawsuit argued that it was ordered to meet “a heightened standard of notice in the zoning process” because of objections by some Murfreesboro residents, a standard no other religious institution has been asked to meet.

U.S. District Judge Todd J. Campbell issued a temporary restraining order last month ordering county officials to provide the final building inspection.

In addition to the legal fight, the construction site has been vandalized several times, including by an arson attack in 2010, and federal authorities have charged a Texas man with calling in a bomb threat to the center before last year’s anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington.

“Not welcome” was spray-painted by vandals on a sign announcing the construction of the project.

Vote NO on the Islamic Museum Tax

Comments Off on Vote NO on the Islamic Museum Tax

I don’t always agree with this website, but found this very interesting and informative. Shows you why the people in Murfreesboro,Tn are rightfully upset about their new mosque there

Sharia fans are finding a way to make you pay taxes in the form of millages to art museums to promote Islam. And whether or not you live in Michigan, you should pay attention to the Detroit Institute of Arts millage vote which is on the ballot in Michigan’s primary, next Tuesday (August 7th).

This Equals ThisIt’s a tax to help pay for expensive Korans and designs featuring the Shehadah, the Islamic oath of martyrdom uttered by Islamic terrorists, just before they murder Westerners.

The Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA), unlike most other museums in North America, has a giant portion dedicated to a permanent and growing Islamic art collection. The collection consists mostly of Korans, expensive Koran pages, and other alleged forms of so-called “art” embracing and promoting Islamic shuras, pronouncements, and religious observances. None of the Koran pages (see photos below) is artistic in any way, shape, or form. They are just Arabic writings promoting Islam, the same Arabic writings that have promoted the mass murder of Non-Muslims for centuries.

And here’s a tip: the DIA doesn’t have a Christian art collection. No permanent Jewish art display. No Hindu or Zoroastrian or Wiccan art collections. Just Islam. No other religion has a full-time curator dedicated to promoting its “art” at the DIA. But the DIA has a paid, full-time Islamic art expert on its staff, and she spends all of her time “curating” the collection.

If the DIA were a private institution, what it promoted would be its business and its business alone. But it isn’t a private organization. It’s a museum seeking a tri-county public tax, from the three major counties in the Detroit area, to sustain itself and provide free admission to promote Islam with the charade of “Islamic art.” The museum is seeking a tax of around $20 per year from every Detroit-area homeowner in the three major counties in order to sustain that collection which no one–except a few Muslims–visits or wants to see. Right now, you have to pay admission to visit the DIA. But few are interested anymore

If the tax passes–and there have been over $2 million in TV ads promoting the DIA Islamic “Art” tax, with nothing opposing it–the museum should and likely will face a legal challenge. That’s because any tax millage that might pass to sustain the Islamic art display at the DIA violates the Michigan Constitution’s very strict establishment clause (far stricter than the U.S. Constitution’s similar provision) preventing any public funds from being used to promote or facilitate religion in any way.

Tennessee county loses battle over newly built mosque

Comments Off on Tennessee county loses battle over newly built mosque

This is what happens when you let a Federal Judge rule over a State Judge in internal matters in the State. Thomas Jefferson said in reference to Judical Review in a letter to William C. Jarvis in 1820:

“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men and not more so……”

A federal judge has ruled that Muslims in a Tennessee congregation have a right to occupy their newly built mosque, overruling a county judge’s order that was keeping them out.

The Islamic Center of Murfreesboro sued Rutherford County on Wednesday and U.S. District Judge Todd Campbell granted the mosque an emergency order to let worshippers into the building before the holy month of Ramadan starts at sundown Thursday. Federal prosecutors also filed a similar lawsuit.

But a county building codes inspector announced Thursday the mosque would not be ready for occupancy for at least two weeks, reported Tennessean.com.

Septic facilities need to be installed, and approval needs to be obtained from the state Department of Environment and Conservation, the fire marshal, and other entities, said Rutherford County Building Codes Director David Jones after he inspected the Islamic Center on Thursday morning. There’s also exterior work that needs to be done before the building is ready for its final inspection, he said.

The future of the mosque had been in question since May, when a local judge overturned the county’s approval of the mosque construction. This month, he ordered the county not to issue an occupancy permit for the 12,000-square-foot building.

In past years, community members have gathered for Eid-al-Fitr — the breaking of the fast for Ramadan — in the parking lot of the rented worship space that they outgrew, the Tennessean.com reported.

The contentious fight over the mosque stems from a 2010 lawsuit filed by a group of residents who made repeated claims that Islam was not a real religion and that local Muslims intended to overthrow the U.S. Constitution in favor of Islamic religious law.

Those claims were dismissed, but opponents won with a ruling that overturned the approval to build the mosque on the grounds that county didn’t give adequate public notice of the meeting.

Obama Orders Federal Agents to Take Off Shoes Before Entering Mosques

Comments Off on Obama Orders Federal Agents to Take Off Shoes Before Entering Mosques

Yes you read that right….the Obama administration’s new Rules of Engagement include taking off your shoes before entering a Mosque and waiting til the service is over before making arrests. Would they do that for other religions?

Mosque With Terrorist Ties Raided With Cultural Sensitivity

In the Obama Administration’s shameless effort to appease Muslims, a federal raid on a southFlorida mosque with terrorist ties was conducted under new rules of engagement to assure cultural sensitivity towards Islam. The culturally sensitive raid led to the arrest of a Pakistani imam (Hafiz Muhammed Sher Ali Khan) at a Miami mosque and five others, including his sons, daughter and grandson. All were charged with providing financial and material support for the Pakistani Taliban. The terrorist organization is associated with Al-Qaeda and has claimed responsibility for numerous attacks against American interests, including a 2009 suicide bombing at a U.S. military base inAfghanistan.Khan founded an Islamic school that supports the Taliban’s jihad while living in Pakistan and continued controlling and funding it as an imam in Miami, according to the federal indictment. He used the school to provide shelter and support for Taliban soldiers and to train children how to kill Americans in Afghanistan, the indictment says.

The rest of the family helped create a network that flowed money from the U.S. to Pakistan to purchase guns for the Taliban, according to the feds.Considering the seriousness of the charges it’s inconceivable that federal agents made cultural sensitivity a priority during arrests.

The unbelievable details of how the “kindler, gentler arrests” went down are featured in a local newspaper that reports federal agents actually waited for prayer service to end before moving in out of respect for Muslims. They also took their shoes off before entering the mosque as per Islamic tradition.

The Obama-appointed federal prosecutor in charge of the area, U.S. Attorney Wilfredo Ferrer, went out of his way to assure that the case has been handled under the administration’s new rules of engagement to show more sensitivity toward religious practices. He stressed that most Muslims are “as American as apple pie” and should not be branded by the alleged terrorist actions of just a few.As part of its nationwide outreach efforts, the Obama Administration has conducted a series of meetings with Muslim groups throughout Florida, including training workshops to help law enforcement officers become more sensitive about Arab, Muslim and Sikh communities. Ferrer, who prosecutes federal crimes in the entire region, says Muslims shouldn’t feel isolated because he’s their U.S. Attorney too.

Mosque construction in Murfreesboro being re-visited

Comments Off on Mosque construction in Murfreesboro being re-visited

Opponents of a proposed new mosque in Tennessee are going to have to wait a little while longer until a judge’s order halts the construction of a 52,000-square-foot facility in the community.

Rutherford County chancellor Robert Corlew ruled Tuesday that there was not enough public notice of the meeting when the site plan for the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro was approved in 2010. He ordered construction at the site halted until the Planning Commission can hold another meeting with sufficient public input. Despite the judge’s order, however, construction is continuing at the controversial mosque site.

Laurie Cardoza-Moore is president of Nashville-based Proclaiming Justice to the Nationsand a spokesman for the plaintiffs. She says a process must be followed before construction halts.

Laurie Cardoza-Moore (PJTN)“The process requires that the plaintiffs’ attorneys must file an order based on Judge Corlew’s decision — [and] that order was filed,” she explains. “The county attorneys have as many as four days to respond. It could take as many as ten days before the order is issued.”

Cardoza-Moore expects that because of several factors, the Planning Commission will not wait too long before calling a new public hearing on the fate of the mosque.

“The county is going to be under a lot of pressure by the mosque to address this issue and deal with it immediately,” she offers. “But it’s going to be interesting because this is an election year — and the citizens are concerned about the impact that this training center is going to have on their community, and they’re not going to sit back quietly.”

Cardoza-Moore says she would not be surprised if that public meeting was called within the next 30 days.
