MSNBC abandons GOP convention during every speech by a minority

One of the left’s favorite attacks on the Republican Party is that it is the party of old white people, devoid of diversity and probably racist.

If you were watching MSNBC’s coverage of the Republican National Convention in Tampa on Tuesday night, you might believe those assertions, since missing from the coverage was nearly every ethnic minority that spoke during Tuesday’s festivities.

In lieu of airing speeches from former Democratic Rep. Artur Davis, a black American; Mia Love, a black candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Utah; and Texas senatorial hopeful Ted Cruz, a Latino American, MSNBC opted to show commentary anchored by Rachel Maddow from Rev. Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews, Chris Hayes and Steve Schmidt.

Throughout this convention, Matthews has accused the Republicans of playing dog-whistle racist politics while on scene in Tampa. It isn’t clear, however, if Matthews will hurl accusations of racism at Davis, Love or Cruz for speeches his network failed to broadcast.

NBC News’Chuck Todd admits they over-polled Dems by 11 points to favor Obama

Oops! Say it isn’t so……..

The Conservative community–particularly those of us in the media–have been pointing out the two primary “flaws” in the polls conducted for Democrats, which is a form of “manufacturing to order,” intended to produce “results” that are more favorable to the mainstream media’s candidate of choice, President Obama, as well as the political planks of Liberal ideology.

The first method is to only poll “Adults,” versus the more accurate “Registered Voter,” versus the most historically accurate “Likely Voters,” which is almost exclusively used by Rasmussen Reports–who are consequently, by far, the most accurate polling organization ever–and the one we favor, when other polls conflict.

Even though “declared” in the poll methodology, the first tactic is to “over-poll” one party or the other–in this case, Democrats by 11 points, which NBC Political Director and Chief Political Correspondent Chuck Todd admitted during his appearance on MSNBC earlier today, according to Mike Flynn’s Breitbart.com article and video footage this morning.

To most people this would be considered a very brazen tactic; however, when raw facts cannot provide a news story that caters to the politically far-left leaning mainstream media complex, they often use poll-rigging to “create” a “news story.

While Mika Brzezski, the daughter of President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and female anchor with Joe Scarborough on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” morning news show, was confidently reading the poll results showing the virility of Barack Obama’s campaign performance over Gov. Mitt Romney, until Scarborough asked Todd about the ‘caveat’ he had regarding these poll results, which Todd must have expressed off-camera.

After shuffling nervously in his chair, Todd reluctantly came clean at about time 3:50 in the video, by answering…

Our sampling was a little Democrat-heavy…compared to [our poll] last month.

Mika can be heard saying … “Ohhh…,” under her breath in the back ground–a muffled squeak of integrity, perhaps?

A little Democrat-heavy?

According to Flynn’s research, the poll over-sampled Democrats by 11 points or more, i.e. 46% of the sample identified as Democrat, 35% identified as Republican.

In 2008, a very big year for Democrats, the electorate was D+7, 39% Democrat, 32% Republican–you have to go back nearly thirty years to find an election with such a partisan skew.

According to Rasmussen’s July 2, 2012 poll it was 35.4% Republicans, 34.0% Democrats and 30.5% “Unaffiliated” [Independent]–Rasmussen has conducted this poll every month since November 2002, surveying 15,000 “Adults,” versus the usual 700 to 1,000 people used by most other polling organizations.

Finally, when Scarborough asked Todd how the Democrat over-sampling would affect these results, he replied that instead of Obama now having a 6 point lead over Romney, if the same [weighting] from last month was used, Obama and Romney would be in a dead heat–just like at the end of last month.

But, Todd quickly added that the surrounding poll results proved that in the end, ‘Obama was tactically winning the race.’

Even though Chuck Todd’s off-handed conclusion is completely invalid–just like his poll–the real question begged is why would the mainstream media want to destroy the last hint of their journalistic integrity, by fashioning an obviously false lead for President Obama and Democrats?

Barbara Boxer: Insurance rights trumps religious rights

Comments Off

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;…….”

Senator Boxer warned yesterday that if the HHS contraception mandate was repealed it would set a dangerous precedence of religious rights trumping the right to be insured.

On MSNBC’s Politics Nation with Al Sharpton last night, Boxer affirmed that under the proposed amendment proposed by Sen. Roy Blunt, an employer would not be forced by the government to pay for medical practices against his religion.

“I mean, are they serious? Sharpton exclaimed, “How do you make a law where an employer can decide his own religious beliefs violate your right to be insured?”

“Oh Absolutely,” Boxer said, “Let’s use an example, let’s say somebody believes that medicine doesn’t cure anybody of a disease but prayer does and then they decide no medicine.

“No medicine!” she exclaimed, “Under the Blunt amendment, they could do just that.”

Oprah Wants Everyone to Respect Obama Despite their Differences

Comments Off

We can respect the office of President, but not his policies or his withholding of his Live Birth Certificate, passports, school records, thesis at Harvard and paying over a million $$$ to attorneys to seal all his records above and more. Disagreeing with the President doesn’t equate to disrespect, neither does questioning his legitimacy as President since he has sealed everything. That alone is very suspicious in itself. Oprah continues to shoot herself in the foot by things like this, along with saying there are many ways to God and continuing to push her New Age agenda on her networks.

Oprah wants ‘respect’ for Obama

Oprah wants 'respect' for Obama

Oprah called on President Obama’s critics on Friday to “show some level of respect.”

“I feel that everybody has a learning curve, and I feel that the reason why I was willing to step out for him was because I believed in his integrity and I believed in his heart,” the influential TV host said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” in Chicago.

Of the negative mood of the country, Oprah added, “I think everybody complaining ought to try it for once.”

She said the presidency is a position that “holds a sense of authority and governance over us all,” and that “even if you’re not in support of his policies, there needs to be a certain level of respect.”

The Federal Government Secretly Bailed out General Electric

Did you know that GE was secretly bailed out along with everyone else? GE is the parent company of NBC and GE’s CEO, Jeff Immelt, sits on Obama’s board of economic advisors? Hmmm? This article is from a fellow blogger on WordPress Scotty Starnes’s Blog , give him a visit, his blog is loaded with some good info as well.

FED SECRETLY BAILED OUT GE — GE NEWS OUTLETS FAILED TO REVEAL IN FED COVERAGE

Now why wouldn’t MSNBC report that their parent company, GE, received a taxpayer-funded bailout? Does anyone else see a conflict of interest since GE’s CEO, Jeff Immelt, sits on Obama’s board of economic advisors? I’m sure its all a coinky-dink that MSNBC pushes Obama’s agenda on its network.

From the Washington Post:

The financial crisis stretched even farther across the economy than many had realized, as new disclosures show the Federal Reserve rushed trillions of dollars in emergency aid not just to Wall Street but also to motorcycle makers, telecom firms and foreign-owned banks in 2008 and 2009.

The Fed’s efforts to prop up the financial sector reached across a broad spectrum of the economy, benefiting stalwarts of American industry including General Electric and Caterpillar and household-name companies such as Verizon, Harley-Davidson and Toyota. The central bank’s aid programs also supported U.S. subsidiaries of banks based in East Asia, Europe and Canada while rescuing money-market mutual funds held by millions of Americans.

What did the taxpayers receive? Nothing but the bill for our government to bail out everyone but us.

The biggest users of the Fed lending programs were some of the world’s largest banks, including Citigroup, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Swiss-based UBS and Britain’s Barclays, according to more than 21,000 loan records released Wednesday under new financial regulatory legislation.

The data reveal banks turning to the Fed for help almost daily in the fall of 2008 as the central bank lowered lending standards and extended relief to all kinds of institutions it had never assisted before.

Fed officials emphasize that their actions were meant to stabilize a financial system that was on the verge of collapse in late 2008. They note that the actions worked to prevent a complete financial meltdown and that none of the special lending programs has lost money. (Some have recorded healthy profits for taxpayers.)

If this is true, where is our check?

But the extent of the lending to major banks – and the generous terms of some of those deals – heighten the political peril for a central bank that is already under the gun for a wide range of actions, including a recent decision to try to stimulate the economy by buying $600 billion in U.S. bonds.

The Federal Reserve is buying debt even after Fed Chair Ben Bernanke testified before Congress that this wouldn’t happen. What happens when you testify and lie? Ask Bill Clinton.

“The American people are finally learning the incredible and jaw-dropping details of the Fed’s multitrillion-dollar bailout of Wall Street and corporate America,” said Sen. Bernard Sanders (I-Vt.), a longtime Fed critic whose provision in the Wall Street regulatory overhaul required the new disclosures. “Perhaps most surprising is the huge sum that went to bail out foreign private banks and corporations. As a result of this disclosure, other members of Congress and I will be taking a very extensive look at all aspects of how the Federal Reserve functions.”

The Fed launched emergency programs totaling $3.3 trillion in aid, a figure reached by adding up the peak amount of lending in each program.

Add another $2.3 trillion to that figure because the Federal Reserve’s “quantitative easing” scheme.

Lt. Col. Allen West answers the question as to are the Tea Partiers Racist

Comments Off

I found this post at a website I visit often called Another Black Conservative and thought I’d post this one about Lt. Col. Allen West. I’ve posted one of his speeches here before. He’s running as a republican in the State of Florida. He’s asked about the “racists” in the Tea Party movement. That’s something that’s been proven wrong time and time again, yet MSM still keeps trying to inject the idea that they are. There’s one problem Lt. Col. Allen West is black as are many conservative Americans today, you just don’t hear about them.

Lt. Col. Allen West answers the question Republican Leader Michael Steele couldn’t

You will recall about two weeks ago Michael Steele was asked why blacks should vote for the GOP. Steele foolishly replied:

“You really don’t have a reason, to be honest,–we haven’t done a very good job of giving you one.”

I am still rolling my eyes over that one. Now watch how Lt. Col. West answers the question and admonishes Steele too boot!
